Gather: for friends and places

Gather is the new members community that enables you easily meet new friends IRL that love the things you do. 

Based on your interests, we’ll help recommend like-minded friends and things you can do together locally – new friendships with a modern-day icebreaker, nailed.

Why building community is important to us:
Life gives us new opportunities every day and we move now more than ever: new jobs in new cities, solo trips to new countries, remote work on digital-nomad islands…the list goes on, but one thing is always constant and that is our need for great friendships & a sense of belonging.

We’ve lived in foreign places & we know it can be hard to meet true friends easily, so we want to help end that & be the platform that helps you find the friendships you want, wherever you are in the world, and have the best experiences doing so.

What you can do as a Gather member:
- Join one (or two) of our 5 Houses (aka clubs)
- See interests you share with other members
- Connect with like-minded people
- Discover the best things happening locally (that you’ll like)
- Chat one-on-one with new friends & group messages
- Meet up with members & have the best IRL experiences
- Attend House events for bigger community meet-ups
- Report, Block, and Delete Connections (your safety is always important to us)
